Hotel Deutschherrenhof

The people working here were the best part: they were polite and kind, and helped us a lot. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, too. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well equipped and just as clean as the rest of the place. Breakfast is worth having here. The dining area is lovely, the food was great, and the little lemon muffins were exquisite. A very nice stay with lovely staff.

The rooms were fine and the location was good. Service was also very good and friendly. The lady at the hotel was really lovely and looked after us, always welcoming when we checked in, at breakfast, and when we checked out. We can recommend the place.

We appreciated getting a town map on arrival and a friendly smile. The hotel has a locked bike garage at no extra cost, and the Mosel bike path is very close. Breakfast cost an extra 5 Euros per person, which we thought was a very good deal. It's central without being too central, though a street-facing room gets quite a bit of traffic noise. It wasn't too bad. Our bathroom was tiny, but modern and clean, and worked well for what we needed.

The staff are super nice, and the spacious, large rooms make me feel at home. I'd certainly stay again. It's a little frustrating that breakfast has to be decided at least a day ahead. I understand the reason, but sometimes I don't know until that morning whether I'll have time, and then I can't just come downstairs and eat.
