SCHROEDERS City-Style-Hotel

We found the staff very helpful with the parking and got a detailed email with room information, which was useful since we were arriving late and reception isn't open around the clock. The room was a good size, clean, and looked fairly recently renovated. The location is right in the city center, but off a main road, and that helps explain why it's a bit expensive. Parking is available for an extra charge, though the stated per night period isn't quite 24 hours. There's also 24 hour parking next to the hospital. Breakfast isn't included, but you can get a kettle for coffee or tea free of charge. The heating was a little problematic, though it sorted itself out overnight. The curtains let in early sunlight and don't darken the room much.

The room was large, modern, and very clean, and the location is good. Parking is available, but reserve it ahead of time. There was no view, and the bed and pillows were much too soft for me.

There isn't breakfast at the hotel, but they gave us information about a couple of nearby breakfast places. The hotel is on a quiet street close to the city center, with plenty of different restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was OK, but the coffee was undrinkable. Under the bed there were dust bunnies, and the shower swung between very hot and very cold. The curtains were too light and didn't cover the windows properly. The location is good.
