The staff were really pleasant, and the terrace had lovely fresh air. I liked the architecture and the old-style wooden look too. It's in a peaceful little town outside Stuttgart, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I had a very nice stay and would come back.

I emailed through the hotel's official website asking about a four-night booking, even though two booking sites already showed no availability. The next day, they said a room was available for those dates at 85 euros per person per night, then asked me to send my credit card number, name on the card, expiry date, and security digits from the back to confirm it. I replied that I couldn't send all my card details and said asking for them was criminal. A few hours later they wrote, “Dear Sirs, we have no more rooms available.” I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The company I was visiting had booked the hotel, but nobody had told me about any limit on late arrivals. I got there at 23:15 and found no one. I kept calling until midnight, then had to find another hotel.
