It’s a very clean, cozy place to stay. The big downside is that there’s no reception here. You have to check in at the Best Western Hotel reception, and there’s no sign telling you that.

It was so-so, but the room was clean!

The room itself was nice, but for the price I expected more. The bathroom was a real letdown on my business trip: the toilet sits in a very cramped alcove, and the showerhead is badly worn. Service was great, and the restaurant staff were friendly.

I’m on my second stay at this lovely guesthouse by the park, and I’d happily return. The room is in excellent condition and very well maintained, though some of the furnishings are a bit dated. It’s simply furnished but has its own style. I’d appreciate having a luggage rack, since the wardrobe isn’t practical for short stays. Management and breakfast are handled by the adjacent Park Hotel, and the standard is correspondingly high.

10/10
The park around the hotel is beautiful, and it’s lovely to take a relaxing evening walk there. I feel so comfortable here and would come back anytime. It’s perfect for dogs, and the restaurant food is 10/10. The reception and restaurant staff are polite, friendly, and extremely accommodating.
