Amazing stay, and such lovely hosts. Cozy, too.

A friendly architect hosted us, and the whole place has such a lovely artistic feel. The rooms are like little studios set in an old factory hall. There’s also a beautiful shared space where you can put together your own breakfast and sit down for a drink. Highly recommended.

We felt warmly welcomed at this one-of-a-kind, creative place. The two architect hosts really pamper you, and they have delicious regional wines available. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and the spacious breakfast room had everything you could wish for. The beds and pillows were just how I like them at home. I’m absolutely thrilled!

We’ve just returned from another stay, this time in apartment 1889, and we’re so happy with it. Since 2017, we’ve been coming to stay with the lovely Max Seegmüller and his family. We fell in love as soon as we first saw the apartment on the first floor, with its thoughtful, tasteful furnishings, welcoming hosts, and magnificent setting. The ground floor is finished now, and we were amazed by it too. We can’t make it every year, but we come back every other year for sure. Many thanks again 🙏🫶 Highly recommended, give it a try 😊 Alexandra and Stefan Schick from Ettenheim
