The apartment was cozy and very well located, and it stayed warm during my winter visit thanks to the individually controlled heating. I stayed in a three-room Altstadt Suite with most kitchen utensils provided. The bed frame, made from folded cardboard, was uncomfortable. Hotels.com listed a laundry facility, but there wasn’t one. I could also hear music and footsteps from people upstairs.

The three bedrooms had three single beds and two double beds, all comfortable. The place was quiet and central, clean, practical, and furnished with care. Getting in and checking in were easy. I’d gladly stay again.

There’s no parking, and spaces around Weimar are hard to find. A night in a parking garage costs €25. The apartment itself is spacious and fully equipped, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s very convenient in the old town, surrounded by pubs and restaurants.
