A really clean, quiet place for a weekend with the family. Everyone had their own bed, and the big kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Phantasialand is very close too.

Having a car makes this good value: parking is free, and it's easy to drive to a commuter train station for the trip into Köln. The location itself isn't great. We liked the shared kitchen, where we could use the fridge, stove, kettle and other things to make meals.

It's a good choice for a longer stay. The nearest train stop takes a bit of walking to reach, but the staff were generous and consistently positive. The shared kitchen is open all the time, and both the rooms and the area around the building were quiet.

The host was very friendly and helpful, and the room was great for the price. Having a shared kitchen was useful. The location is somewhat out of the way, so you'll need a car or Uber. If you arrive by train, Wesseling Nord is a 20-minute walk along a straight road.

The kitchen and cleanliness were great, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. You get the keys from a locker box, with the code sent by email. Getting here is less straightforward: Wesseling Nord is the closest station, but it's outside the Köln zone. Google Maps also doesn't show the stairs you need to take to cross the bridge between the station and hotel.
