We’ve been visiting this same hotel for 10 years and would happily keep coming back. There’s plenty to do nearby, and our stay was amazing. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with wood floors and a modern but classic look. We even needed to change rooms a week before our visit, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Everyone was so nice, and Ms. Adler at breakfast was especially kind and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent, particularly the scrambled eggs and homemade granola. Thank you!!!

The receptionist was unfriendly and rude to the kids, who felt unwelcome playing in the lobby. You also feel pressured to buy drinks if you sit there as a guest. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We loved it! The hotel is amazing, new, trendy, and super clean. The staff were nice, and breakfast was good.

We were hoping to have a drink in the Valluga lounge, but when we asked if it was open, they said no and laughed in our faces. That was a strange and very rude way to treat potential guests. We have more trips to Willingen planned, but we'll make sure to avoid this place.

Hotel Hochheide is nice, with rooms that have a good view. The city center is nearby, public transport is easy to reach, and the swimming pool is within walking distance.
