The view was beautiful, and the owners made us feel welcome. We had a lovely, relaxed stay in a clean house. In the hot weather the pool was fantastic, especially with the slide for kids. I’d consider adding a microwave or oven, though the free-to-use barbecues meant we managed fine. Definitely recommend it for a laid-back vacation.

Maria is a small, warm holiday home in a great spot in Wolkenstein, one of the Ore Mountains’ prettiest towns. We were very happy with our stay and found it peaceful. One thing to keep in mind: the narrow, very steep stairs to the bedroom make the cottage unsuitable for people who are overweight or have mobility difficulties.

The view was stunning, and we had a wonderful few days here in October. Anna felt cozy, with two lovely small bedrooms for two people each and a living room with a sofa bed. The new kitchen was great and fully equipped, and the free Wi-Fi helped us plan hikes ahead of time. The host was friendly and showed me the other apartments on the day we left. They’re lovely too, especially the new, spacious one. We’d highly recommend staying here and will definitely return. Thanks again!

The landlord was very friendly and flexible about when we arrived, and there’s parking right in front of the house. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. The lovely Christmas decorations made it feel even more welcoming.

The hosts were so friendly and always glad to answer questions. We stayed in Luxor with my family during golden autumn, and the apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. It’s wonderfully quiet, with panoramic views of the Upper Ore Mountains, including Pöhlberg and Bärenstein. You can take them in from the conservatory too. We’d happily go back in a heartbeat.
