Hotel Regina

Right across from the central station, the location is perfect, and reception was friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. It's a bit small, but enough for one person. They only provide shower gel and towels, so bring your own shampoo. There's a supermarket very nearby, so that's no problem.

The train station is directly opposite, and the hotel is right by the pedestrian street. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Reception staff were all kind and helpful, and they offered us water in the room and helped with our luggage. I highly recommend it!

The bathroom had a cracked mirror, and the shower head clogged easily. The water temperature kept swinging between very hot and cold. The room is small but not overwhelming, though in September's hot weather I missed having a fan or air conditioning. Staff were friendly. On the first night, there wasn't a little bag of gummies in my room, but there was on the other nights, so I wondered if they had prepared for my arrival. Cleanliness could be better, especially the carpets, which didn't look like they were being cleaned. The TV worked, but there were some lines along the bottom of the screen that didn't completely block the picture.

The staff are friendly, and there's an elevator once you're inside, but there's no ramp outside, so you have to carry bags up seven or eight steps. Rooms are basic and have no air conditioning. There are no toiletries, though the shower is nice.
