Breakfast was the one part that didn't work for me. There was no buffet or menu, just a few dishes chosen in advance. I only ate bread and ham because the other things weren't to my taste. I hope they add more variety in future. Otherwise I really liked staying here. The room was plain, without luxury, but spotless, with fresh linen that smelled nice and everything needed to feel comfortable. The place has a warm, homely feel, like arriving at your grandmother's house. Parking is plentiful, so finding a space was easy, and dinner at the attached restaurant was a real treat after a long journey. The food tasted carefully made and delicious.

We had a very nice stay here. The rooms were really clean, the food tasty, and the beer great. I'd recommend this little gem if you're passing through, in summer or winter.

The beer garden is lovely, and the service is excellent. Prices seem fair for the quality of the food. I'd go for the Schnitzel with sweet mustard breading and one of their specialty or seasonal beers. They also have a tasting board with five different 100 ml beers, which is a fun option if you're curious.

The place was packed, but the staff were great and found us a table after a short wait. Our drinks arrived right away, and the excellent food followed without much delay despite the busy atmosphere. We finished with a lovely dessert. A cozy Franconian/Bavarian style beer garden and restaurant, with outdoor seating, tucked into a village in this amazing, underrated part of Bavaria. Great ambience and highly recommended.

Hi, Leo here. What a lovely, cozy restaurant, with a beautiful setting and really nice service. The family management has a positive, down to earth feel to it. I had a great time, with the sunset coming through the windows and the lovely furniture in the rooms. Highly recommend for a meal and a stay in one of those beautiful rooms. 🙃
