I planned to stay two nights but left after one. The toilet was broken and flooded the bathroom, and I couldn't get any help from the hotel. There was nobody in the building, and my calls went unanswered, so I had to find somewhere else. Booking.com won't refund me. Also, there was no fire sensor or alarm in room 42.

There weren't enough staff, the furniture was trash, and it smelled like someone had been smoking a lot. There was no breakfast, and there weren't sheets for everyone.

The room was big and comfortable, but it was on the 5th floor and the elevator wasn't working. I also couldn't get my invoice printed because the printer was out of order.

There are no words for this place. It should be shut down. Steer clear!

The hotel is closed and doesn't operate. This feels like a scam.
