Ferienwohnung am Heegesee

Service was absent from start to finish. Nobody checked in with us, there was no farewell, and when we paid, the staff were rude. The apartment itself was filthy, grimy, run-down, poorly equipped, and infested with vermin. The kitchen was so dirty and short on equipment that it was unusable. Mold covered the bathroom fixtures, the water smelled like rotten eggs, and the shower drain barely worked because it was clogged. The curtains were stained and the furniture worn and scratched. There was no Wi-Fi, and towels and toilet paper weren't included in the price, something I've never encountered in another vacation rental. The garden furniture looks fit only for someone with a current tetanus shot. This place is an absolute disgrace and should be shut down immediately. Shame on you!
