Spacious, clean house on a quiet street, close to the center of Xanten.

The main downside is that there's no hot water between 11 PM and 5 AM, which could be inconvenient if you arrive late. Otherwise, the house is spacious, with three bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, and a garden. It's well suited to one family or several travelling together. The beds were clean and tidy, with just the right firmness. Everything was well equipped, including some play equipment for children, and parking was convenient.

We spent two weeks here and would love to return. The host was incredibly helpful, and the apartment was comfortably furnished. We especially liked the garden, with its barbecue and outdoor furniture. Xanten's center is only a few minutes away, and we'd wholeheartedly recommend the place.

The bakery is just a three-minute walk away, and the cathedral is about ten minutes from this quiet, ideally located apartment. Everything was clean and well maintained. We'd definitely come back. Highly recommended, and keep up the good work!

We were five women and felt completely at ease. There was plenty of room, everything we could need, and a lovely little garden with a covered sitting area and a wooden swing. The place was very clean and well maintained. 🍀👍
