The housekeeper was very friendly, and our large room faced the courtyard. We felt comfortable, and the price was great. The building is old, with some low doorways and uneven floors, but it’s been renovated and furnished in a modern style. Our bed squeaked a little, though we stopped noticing once we fell asleep. The bathroom was bright and spacious, with a large shower. All the rooms were well ventilated and had heating and shutters. There’s no view into neighboring houses, so it felt private. We could easily walk to the station, supermarket, and city center. We’d gladly stay again.

Haus Viktor is right in the city center, with everything within easy walking distance. We spent two nights there in May and lacked nothing. The hosts were lovely, the room was beautifully and modernly furnished, and the beds were fantastic. I’ve rarely slept so well. I’ll definitely come back if I need a place to stay in Xanten.

We stayed one night in March and would love to return. The hosts were very friendly, and the room had everything we needed. It’s right in the city center. Highly recommended 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
