One handy perk for hotel guests is all-day access to the Fun park with a valid entry ticket. Just get the identification ribbon at the park's info center. I really recommend the hotel. The entrance and reception service were amazing. The room had cozy beds, a spacious bedroom and a nice bathroom, with little gifts waiting for the kids.

We spent two nights here on a recent Europe trip, and the price was fair. The room layout worked really well with kids. There was a bench beside the closet for sorting suitcases, and the kids' room had beds for two next to each other with sides to stop them falling out. The main area had a very firm adult bed, which may be typical for Germany, plus a sofa that turns into a bed. We didn't need it because our third child was happy in the provided PackNPlay, complete with a cute blanket and toddler pillow. She was excited about it. There were also a coffee table and side table for coloring or laptop work, and the windows opened for fresh air. There's no restaurant in the hotel, but that was fine for us. The first night we walked into the Funpark for a quick meal at the restaurant in the HOB. The next evening we drove a short way to a local restaurant. The reception desk is only open at certain times, so keep that in mind. A great stay. I only wish it were closer to home so we could visit more often!

We were there during Covid, so borrowing toys wasn't possible. The kids still had lots of fun in their spacious room. The hotel was clean and nice, and the receptionists were friendly. The room worked well for children.

We had a great time here, especially with small children who need naps. The Funpark is right across the street, and the hotel was extremely convenient. Rooms were clean and looked recently renovated, with fun Playmobil decorations. Security measures meant only guests, staff and delivery people could get onto the guest floors. They take the no check-ins before 1600 rule seriously, so arriving early means waiting. If you do show up at 1600, they will give you a pass for the park that evening. If it's your child's birthday, tell the receptionist and they'll provide a Playmobil toy as a gift. We'll definitely be back next year for my son's birthday.
