We made great use of the included ActivCard, which came with lots of free activities. We stayed for two weeks in September 2025 in the Lusen apartment, and felt completely at ease thanks to the outstanding service. Mrs. Schmitt was incredibly friendly and gave us cake, towels, and lots of hiking information. The apartment was beautifully and modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it!

The little garden just outside the door is beautifully kept, a small piece of paradise. Even in hot weather, the apartment stayed at a wonderfully comfortable temperature. It’s modern, clean, and very well maintained, with a comfortable bed and sofa. Everything was there, and we felt at home right away. We had a wonderful time for almost two weeks, thanks in part to the welcoming hosts who took such good care of us. We’d love to return. We definitely recommend it!

The town center and shops are easy to reach on foot from this peaceful, family-friendly place. The elderly owners are very nice and genuinely helpful, and the apartments/holiday home are modern and top-notch. It’s a beautiful location. Only suggestion: fly screens on the windows would be a good idea. 👍

The landlords are friendly and helpful, and the large apartment has plenty of equipment. It’s on the outskirts of Zwiesel and makes a good starting point for hikes in the Bavarian Forest.
