We came just for the food, and it was tasty with very generous portions. The place is in a quiet, open area with a beautiful view, a real break from busy city life. There’s a small playground behind the building for kids. It would be even nicer if there were seats nearby so you could watch them play. Highly recommended, we loved it.

A welcoming, cosy place to stay, tucked among peaceful, beautiful forest. I slept very comfortably and enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning. The Covid measures were reassuring too. Thank you.

The service was excellent, and the pork knuckle I had was cooked perfectly.

What a shame this wonderful inn is due to close at the end of March 2026. We only found out after eating there, and we would've happily returned on our next holiday. The meal was just perfect, one of the best we've had in ages. Service stayed friendly, attentive, and quick even with the restaurant full, and we didn't wait long. If you're nearby before it closes, it's well worth a visit. We wish the owners all the best.
