Dinner was the highlight, with attentive staff, wonderful food, and a chef who took time to explain his specialties. The inn itself has been renovated beautifully and feels warm and welcoming. The room was less satisfying. Book one with a “view,” or you could end up in a small, dark room looking out at a fence.

The view was nice, and it’s a cozy place. The lighting in the room felt a little too cool, and a few pictures or something might have added more hygge. Noise was an issue too: people were very loud, and the doors slam hard enough that you can hear them clearly. Still, I’d recommend it.

Breakfast had a good variety for all of us, and both the location and rooms were great. The staff gave excellent service during our overnight stay at brobyværk kro. We were very satisfied.

The rooms are in excellent condition, in a newly built house beside some older buildings that are part of this historic inn. It sits in the centre of Funen (Fyn), and the inn has royal privileges.

The rooms were maybe the cleanest I’ve ever slept in, and breakfast had a good selection every morning. Staff were always ready to help, too. Such a beautiful location.
