Hypernym Hotel & Suites

The suite really impressed us, and the hotel is in a prime spot for the city. We stayed over the Copenhagen marathon weekend and enjoyed it, including the nice bar downstairs. Reception service was fantastic, especially Brayan, who was top notch. Room servicing was good, though tea and coffee weren't replenished daily, so we had no coffee on the last morning, and the bed wasn't made every day. Those small details kept it from a five-star rating for me. The venue across the road does play loud music, as other people have mentioned, but while we were there it stopped at a decent time and didn't affect our sleep.

The cocktail bar was a definite bonus, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay in a perfect location. Our room was spacious and stylish, and the bed was very comfortable.

The apartment itself was nice, but the club next door played very loud music every day from 4 pm until midnight. The bass drove me crazy. The place also wasn't really equipped for cooking, with no microwave and very few utensils. On our first day, both the washer-dryer and refrigerator stopped working. We spoke to staff several times, but they seemed stressed and not focused on helping guests.

We had a superb apartment for our week in Copenhagen. It was spacious, quaint, and well equipped, and the location made everything just a few steps away.
