The service was wonderful from start to finish. Front desk staff even took photos of us outside at 10:30 PM so we'd have some picturesque nighttime shots. Check-in felt personal, with a thorough introduction to the amenities, impressive for a boutique hotel. Breakfast was fresh and flavorful, and we appreciated the ingredients. We had a splendid, luxurious stay at the Nimb Hotel in Copenhagen. We booked with Hilton points and were lucky to get upgraded to a suite through Diamond status, with a view of Tivoli park. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and its elevated, mesmerizing views of Tivoli and the surrounding Copenhagen area. The gym had impressive, intimate lighting. Our room had distinctive touches, including Danish skincare products and drinks in the minibar. I'd highly recommend this hotel and would return. The thoughtful details and service make it feel special.

I've stayed at some great hotels around the world, and Nimb hotel is the best. The staff are outstanding, and the food, bed linens, and everything else are impeccable. Hotels and resorts in America that call themselves five-star should come to Nimb to see what real service, amenities, staff, and meals look like. This deserves 10 stars.

The location and the staff's sense that they're looking after a very special place give this hotel an almost magical feeling. And the essentials are all done perfectly: gorgeous rooms, an excellent breakfast, warm and helpful service, and a solid cocktail bar.

The rooms were nice, the location was great, and we loved the restaurant on site. But the service gets one star from me. Nobody told us that Tivoli rides were free for hotel guests. We spent a small fortune on rides over several days and only found out on our last day, when another family staying here told us. That's just bad customer service.

The gym and spa were nice, and breakfast was amazing. The location is fantastic, the rooms are beautiful, and the hotel really has that Danish feeling of "Hygge". Free access to Tivoli is a bonus. One of Copenhagen's best hotels, and I highly recommend it.
