City Hotel Nattergalen

We spent two nights at City Hotel Nattergalen for our wedding ceremony in Odense, and the hotel became part of a lovely memory. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with charming authentic details, and we really enjoyed the breakfast selection and treats. Convenient parking was a big plus. The staff were warm and professional, and went out of their way to make things easier during such a special time. They even offered coffee to our guests who weren't staying at the hotel. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Odense.

The place is small and charming, with a peaceful, cozy feel. We were comfortable and relaxed the whole time. We stayed here for our wedding trip to Odense, and the friendly, welcoming staff took great care of us. We were very happy with the service and would definitely stay here again if we visit Odense.

Free coffee was a big plus, and the simple breakfast was good, especially for a work trip since it was included. There's parking too, though you have to pay. The staff were generally okay, and I liked the high tables and chairs on each floor where people can sit and chat. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff seemed to be doing their best. But the hotel is old, with worn doors and corners, and the pillows felt really bad, like the filling was aging. For the quality of the facilities, the price is high.

The personal service and excellent breakfast stood out most. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and this was easily the best value and most pleasant stay we've had among the few hotels we've tried in Odense. Even after staying at places with higher ratings, I'd rather come back here. My husband had a fantastic stay, and when we asked the staff for help with a carrier mail favor, they went above and beyond, even after our stay.
