We stayed at Sutton Place for a second time while traveling to Guadeloupe and then returning to Dominica. We had Suite 1 on the first visit and Suute 2 on the second, and both were wonderful. The service was first class throughout, and the suites, especially the air conditioning, met all our needs. Before the trip, the staff helped us arrange a local rental car with Sonar and made sure we had a parking space right in front of the hotel. The hotel cafe was excellent too. It's easy to walk to the ferry port, even with luggage. I'd highly recommend this first-class hotel for any stay in Roseau.

The service was nice, and this is a basic hotel in a good spot in the middle of roseau. I didn't have time to try breakfast. The room needs some refurbishing, though. The shower area needs new caulking and the mold cleaned up soon, and the pillow covers smelled and needed washing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I reported that the toilet was leaking a little while flushing, they fixed it within 30 minutes. The hotel is right in the heart of Roseau, with spacious, nicely decorated rooms and amazing air conditioning for cooling off after being out. There are lots of places to eat nearby, plus communal areas where you can bring food back and a microwave to heat it. The water jug is handy for filling up with cold water before heading out for the day.

The room was nice and comfortable, close enough to the port that we could walk to Sutton Place. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and very pleasant. The location was convenient, close to everything in the city, and the room was cleaned every day. By the third night, though, the AIR CONDITIONING wasn't cooling the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.
