The animation crew gave us something fun to do every day and made the atmosphere so lively. Yery deserves a special mention. He was welcoming, full of energy, got everyone involved, and kept making us laugh. You could tell he really cared about guests having a good time. The resort itself was beautiful and clean, and we had an amazing stay at Catalonia Hotel. Thanks to the whole team for making the trip memorable. We'd come back.

Games, dancing, and entertainment kept things lively throughout the day and night, and Yery and the animation team made a big difference. Their enthusiasm got everyone involved and made the whole trip feel welcoming. The grounds were lovely, and there was always something to do or a quiet place to relax. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was restful too. We had a wonderful stay at Catalonia Punta Cana and can't wait to return!

The cocktail competition was one of the highlights of our girls trip, and the animation team had plenty of other fun activities going on too. Yery Chocolate was our favorite, so funny, friendly, and engaging, with energy that got everyone having a good time. We came away with great memories and are already planning another visit to the Catalonia Hotel. It was fun and relaxing, with something to do all the time.

The location was great, and we had a good vacation overall. Food was acceptable, though it would have been nice to have themed nights. The focus seemed to be on French Canadians, even at the kids' mini club. There wasn't much English spoken, so it wasn't very engaging for our toddler, who speaks neither Spanish nor French.

The buffet had fresh, delicious food and lots of choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Hector and Luis at the bar made great drinks, remembered what people liked, and were welcoming and fun to talk to. Their professionalism added a personal touch. Juan helped us find our way around, book dinners, and arrange our buggy adventure. From arrival on, the staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help. I had an amazing stay and would happily return.
