Costa Aya Appart Hotel

F3 for 13,800, with no Wi-Fi. The fridge couldn't cool the whole apartment properly, and it was very hot.

The staff were kind, and breakfast was pretty reasonable for 9,800 DA. That's about where the positives ended. Even the dishes were scarce: no pots or pans, only an old, scratched frying pan. The windows face a workshop, so the grinding wheels kept going during nap time, and dogs barked at night. The place is a little cut off from amenities too. In the lobby, the air conditioning was poorly placed and barely cooled the bedrooms. The furniture was old and damaged. One wardrobe nearly toppled when we opened it, and we only avoided it because we reacted quickly. The curtains, cushions, and other fabrics were stained. The bed supports were practically nonexistent, leaving us sleeping bent over, and the door handles were rusty. They asked for payment as soon as we arrived, before we had any idea what the place was like inside. After seeing it, asking for a refund felt awkward. The only option seemed to be putting up with it until the next day. One night was enough to leave me disappointed. Goodbye!!!

I left after just one night. The fitted sheet wasn't clean, there were crumbs all over the carpet, and the apartment and kitchen were dirty. Breakfast was very mediocre too. This was my first stay at this aparthotel, and it disappointed me on every level. I'll leave it there. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.
