I especially enjoyed how they organized the New Year's Eve party, and the restaurant food was good too. The staff were welcoming and really attentive, which made my stay enjoyable. Good hotel, highly recommended. Thanks, Caid Hôtel!

The room is spacious, and the place has a traditional feel that I really liked. It's not huge, but there's enough space, and it's super clean. I've stayed in plenty of hotels, and this is one of the cleanest. The food is okay. The pool looks nice, though I couldn't use it since it was winter.

The facilities were kept in good shape, and my room was clean and comfortable. The staff came across as welcoming and professional. I really enjoyed my stay at Caïd Hotel, and the whole experience went beyond what I expected. Highly recommend it!

The pool was the one good part. During my three days there, the food was repetitive and not appetizing, and we had unacceptable interruptions to both electricity and water. Service stayed slow, and the staff rarely smiled or made us feel welcome. I was very disappointed. Avoid this hotel.

For a room costing 9000 DA at a four-star hotel, I expected much better. I've stayed in better places for 3000 DA. There was no hot running water, the room smelled really bad, and the service was very slow and unwelcoming. Terrible experience.
