Good.

In the bathroom, water from the floor above pours down on you. The hotel is filthy, and breakfast was cold and awful: ice-cold coffee and dirty spoons. Prices are outrageous for service this bad. I'd tell people to avoid it unless they want to be disappointed.

I was freezing because there was no heating, and there was no hot water either. The service was mediocre, cleanliness was nonexistent, and they kept lying to us. They said there was a sauna and hammam, but neither was available. Breakfast was pathetic: even bread and butter were treated as if they cost a cup of coffee. I'd give zero stars if I could. Strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

I never got a hot coffee during my stay, and breakfast was brought from their house in thermoses, cold. The milk was cold too, and the sugar wouldn't dissolve. The cafeteria was a letdown, and the restaurant was never open. They asked what I wanted to eat, cooked it at their house, then brought it in plastic with no spoon or fork and charged 1000 DA. They also said sports delegations were expected, but there was nothing to it. They were polite throughout, but kept lying, and I'm disgusted by the hotel. It should be shut down. I couldn't get a hot shower either. Reception told me to leave the tap running for five minutes, but after an hour the water was still ice cold. They also claimed there was Wi-Fi, but I couldn't get a connection. The modem was downstairs in the cafeteria, with the fixed one on the first floor. It's a very, very mediocre hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it.
