The pool area was dirty, with loud, unpleasant music and people smoking nearby. It wasn't family-friendly at all, and the day was stressful and upsetting for us. I won't return or recommend it, especially to families with children. We paid a lot, but the service and facilities were very poor. There were no chairs or tables when we arrived, and we had to ask four times before we got somewhere to sit. At lunch, staff told us the food would take two hours. My young children were hungry and upset, but nobody helped. Instead, we were told we'd have to "fight like others" to get food. We ended up waiting without eating and only got a refund.

The hotel is permanently closed. I emailed them and they replied to confirm it.

I went to a wedding there and really liked the wedding hall decor. Some of the female waitresses had an attitude I didn't like, though I wouldn't say they were bad or anything.

The pool has an amazing atmosphere, and the hotel is well maintained and recently renovated. It's also close to the airport, with easy access in and out of the city. I highly recommend it.

A great option for transit passengers. The rooms are clean, and the food is really delicious.
