The door in our room was broken and wouldn’t even shut. The water was a disgusting yellow-green, the shower drain was full of hair, and there was no hot water, so I had to shower cold. Food was rock hard, there was no room service, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. The gas and refrigerator were awful too. I come to Algeria every year and usually spend a few days somewhere near the beach, but I’ve never been this disappointed. I don’t recommend staying here.

The service was good and the place was nice and clean. The Wi-Fi was pretty bad, though, and there was a small issue with the electricity.

The staff, from the cleaners and gardeners to the maintenance workers and reception team, were attentive to everyone staying there. Breakfast had what you need to get the day started. We stayed for six days two weeks ago at Résidence La Baie d'Or in apartment 28, which had two rooms and everything we needed. It was very clean, and we didn’t see any cockroaches, despite what some others have said. The pools were out of service, which was normal for May. Thanks again to the whole team.

Off season, this was very good value for money. The clean bungalows have a full kitchen, and breakfast is included. What they do especially well is keep up with maintenance. I recommend them.
