The cafe upstairs was clean and cozy, and the staff there were friendly. The reception team were welcoming too, and the maid was lovely. We came to Oran for a family holiday, and the hotel seemed comfortable and generally clean, perhaps thanks to the women working there. The location was good as well. The bathroom was another story. Water poured across the floor when I showered, and a leak under the sink soaked the floor and my feet when I washed my hands. We got no response to the complaint, just a mop so we could clean it ourselves. The locks, handles, and plumbing need proper attention. There were no shelves for towels or hooks for clothes either. With the doors and plumbing in working order, our stay would have felt much better.

The hotel is in a good location, but the room was very small and breakfast options were quite limited. There was no internet, and they turned off the AC at night. It was alright, though far from perfect or exceptional.

The restaurant food was acceptable, though the service was only mediocre. My room was small, the bathroom facilities were in a deplorable state, and cleanliness fell below standard.

The room wasn't clean and there was no hot water. When I went down at 7:30, the receptionist was asleep and didn't seem to care. I asked about breakfast and was told they'd come later, but at 8:30 there was still nobody there. The worst experience I've had.

The restaurant cooked good food for me, but everything else was a big zero. I'm Indian, and my company arranged my accommodation here. The room was very cramped, there were no towels, the bedroom floor was slippery, and the sheets weren't clean. Reception was awful too. I left clothes for laundry and they forgot to return them. The AC made far too much noise, and they turned it on at night when we wanted a quiet place to sleep.
