The location was great, the service attentive, and the room was enormous for Ecuador. But at the price, I expected the place to look better. My room needed repairs: water stains on the bathroom ceiling meant it needed repainting, and the shower head was damaged and leaking. The hotel Wi-Fi also needs an upgrade. A new Ubiquiti networks mesh system would solve the connection problems when demand is high. Still, the service was good.

It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Novalux. The atmosphere is very friendly, it’s clean, and it’s well located near everything. I recommend it to friends and family.
