The heated pools were a highlight, and the water slide was a nice extra. The location is handy too, with several attractions close enough to walk to. Still, at $65 per person per night over a holiday weekend, it didn't feel worth the cost. The so-called free open bar had very little choice and the drinks weren't good. Reception could be friendlier, especially one of the women working there. Our room had badly worn mattresses and stained, very thin sheets. The bathroom was cramped for someone around 1.80 m tall, and rainwater leaked inside. The mosquito net had a tear, so mosquitoes got in and bit us. We also found three lizards in the room. Some repairs, fresh paint, and other small improvements could make the place much better. As it is, I wouldn't come back.

Breakfast was good, and the room itself had nice decor. Most things were fine, but the bathroom was uncomfortable and disappointing for what we paid. I've had better bathrooms in cheaper hotels. The pool was dirty too, with ants, moths, flies, and mosquitoes in the middle of it 😨.

The hotel is right by the beach, and we loved the location. The facilities were top-notch, and breakfast was really complete. Our room was amazingly clean, with air conditioning we could adjust to our liking 👌🏻. We had a great stay and will be back in December 🤗.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly. It's also the only place on the whole street with power cuts, and its generator doesn't work.

We'd reserved a room ahead of our family vacation, and were told check-in was at 12. We arrived at 1:30 pm, but they said the room still hadn't been cleaned and didn't hand it over until 3 pm. When we got in, both the room and bathroom smelled awful. The sheets came off the beds with the slightest movement. Most of the staff were curt and unfriendly; the receptionist who helped us and the man in the restaurant area were exceptions. The common areas haven't been maintained.
