Casa Playa Mann

Breakfast here was delicious and filling, with fresh fruit and juices plus different breads each day. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and full of information. Jose suggested we visit nearby Playa Loberia at low tide to see sea turtles, and we did. His hospitality was so warm. Thanks again, Jose, for making our Galápagos Islands trip memorable. It's a peaceful spot away from the main strip, but close to Playa Mann beach and the Interpretive Centre. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a huge balcony, two hammocks, wicker couches, and a wonderful view of the bay and sunsets. A great place to stay in San Cristobal!

The staff are the real reason I'd stay here. Jose, Lucia, Carolina, Marianna, Jordan, and the rest of the team were kind, helpful, funny, and tireless about making sure guests had what they needed. I loved talking with them and learning from them, and wished I could have stayed longer just to spend more time together. ¡Fueron unos dias increíbles! After nearly three busy, magical weeks in the Galapagos with my daughter, who had to head back to Europe before me, I needed some rest and relaxation. I found Casa Playa Mann through the “We ❤️ Galapagos” Facebook group, which had been useful for planning our trip. My final days on the archipelago were just what I was hoping for. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is near the beach. The rooms, garden, and breakfast area are lovely too.

We stayed at Casa Playa Mann in February 2026 for a sisters' trip, and the hotel's peaceful atmosphere made us feel at home from the start. It's a cozy family-run place with only about 7-9 rooms, yet it's close to everything. Jose and his family clearly take great pride in the property, which was spotless. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, served with the warmth and generosity of a family meal. Our stay made our time in the Galápagos even more special. We enjoyed every moment and couldn't have chosen a better place. We're very grateful to Jose and his wonderful family for their hospitality, and highly recommend Casa Playa Mann. Casa Playa Mann is a small family-run hotel with a lovely Galapagos Islands feel, and our stay there was truly memorable. Lucia and her family welcomed us warmly and handled check-in efficiently. The suite was spotless and spacious, and the beds were comfortable enough for a great night's sleep. We especially enjoyed the tasty breakfasts made with fresh, high-quality local ingredients.
