We had the deluxe room for three nights, and it was a great stay. The bathroom was quite large, and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were really kind and the wifi worked pretty well. The included breakfast had bread, cheese, ham, fruit, tea, coffee, fresh juice, and eggs cooked the way you asked. Shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer were in the room, but no conditioner.

Breakfast was lovely, and the hotel looks nice, like it's been refurbished recently. Our room seemed to be one of the older ones, though, and the shower pressure was low. We still had a really good stay, and being close to the boulevard was a plus.

The design really won us over, it's a beautiful hotel. There's coffee and a light breakfast in the morning, and it's handy for restaurants. The pier is about a 10-minute walk away.

Maria, the owner, was incredibly sweet and accommodating. She and her partner and baby live on the property, so they're around all the time. She even adjusted breakfast earlier so we could get to our tour. There was fruit, coffee, tea, and filtered water available all the time, along with free breakfast. The place is clean, fully renovated, and modern, with great service throughout. Probably the best hotel we stayed at in the Galapagos.

The room was tidy and clean, and the area was calm and pleasant, about a five-minute walk from the port and close to everything. My booking was for that night, and the host picked me up at the port. He showed me the room and amenities and made me feel very welcome. Amazing service.
