The only good things were the terrace view and the bread at breakfast. The place is run-down, with old, worn facilities. My shower leaked so badly that the whole floor became a lake. Service was very poor, and the staff weren't very helpful or capable.

The place is clean, well located, and has friendly people and a good breakfast. I recommend it, though there should be a curfew for the terrace. I was given a room right by it, and at 5 a.m. some girls were drinking and playing music on their phones. I told the manager, but nothing was done. The hostel rules said the terrace was only for breakfast and that alcohol wasn't allowed. As travelers, we should respect the place and other guests and remember that not everyone travels to party. That's why we look for places with good reviews, even if they cost a little more.

I felt right at home here. The warmth, kindness, care, and attention were incredible, and the rooms work perfectly for groups of friends or families. The breakfast was perfect, and they also offer quick laundry service. I loved this place and would stay here again and again.

For $45 a night for a double room, this hotel was far too expensive for how bad it was. The room was tiny and noisy, right on the terrace beside the kitchen, with noise every day from 6:30 a.m. There were cockroaches, and the old sheets were too small for the bed, so we kept touching the mattress. The bathroom was so cramped that the toilet was right against the wall and uncomfortable to use. They never gave us more toilet paper. They asked us to pay everything upfront, leaving us no option or freedom to leave, and wouldn't even let us see the room first. I paid half in advance because the room photos made it look like a good choice, but they had nothing to do with reality. Terrible service. The WORST HOTEL I've ever stayed at!
