The service was awful. We wanted to check out before 11 the next morning, but they refused to refund the second night. Their alternative was to split us up, with one person in a room across the hotel and the other in a room under renovation. The room itself was uncomfortable too: very hot, with no AC or air circulation. There was no hot water, no shower curtain, and nowhere to hang towels or toilet paper, so showering left the bathroom floor soaked. The electrical breakers were inside the shower, covered only by a plastic case. Without a doubt, the worst hotel in Baños.

They tried to charge me extra for New Year even though I’d already paid the reservation price. I got my money back and left, then had to find somewhere else to stay.

A clean, friendly place at a fair price. It’s handy for the market, banks, and tour agencies. Enjoy your stay.

The accommodation was decent enough, but breakfast wasn’t very good.

Nice hotel, and the people were friendly.
