The staff were friendly, the price was reasonable, and they have a garage. Still, there are a few things to keep in mind. My room was small and had a lot of street noise. I was given the Wi-Fi password when I needed to connect, but I never managed to get online. A dorm notice said they aren't responsible for valuables left in the room, while also mentioning security, which made me a little uneasy. Nothing went wrong, but it's good to know so you can take precautions.

Up at the highest point in Baños, near the cemetery and away from the center. It was clean and comfortable, and seems well suited to groups or anyone who needs parking.

The rooms matched their Airbnb photos, and the place felt welcoming and good for families. I'd happily return whenever I visit Baños.
