We had lunch at the restaurant and really enjoyed the meal. The menu was satisfying, the ingredients were high quality, and the service was great. Jesuit Delight is the best fish soup, and the volcano on the menu was awesome. The setting is beautiful, with lovely grounds and gardens at a site dating back to Spanish rule. Highly recommend eating here.

The mountain view was great, and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious, especially the traditional food. Milton and Sebastian were so friendly and gave excellent recommendations and service. This is the best hotel to stay at in Baños.

After the spa, we finished with a mouth-watering three-course meal at the restaurant. The whole day was incredible and such a treat. We'd booked a day spa package while traveling in Baños, and Sebastian greeted us with a welcome drink and made sure we had everything we needed. We got excellent massages, then spent the afternoon using the indoor pool, hot tubs, steam room and sauna. Towels, robes, slippers and bathing caps were provided at no charge. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Such a relaxing day in a beautiful setting!

We spent three nights at Samari Spa Resort and were very happy with our stay. The location was easy to get to, and the grounds and facilities were beautiful and well kept. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. The city is gorgeous and felt very safe to walk around. I highly recommend the resort, and Ecuador for anyone looking to travel!
