The care from Carlos Sr and Carlos Jr stood out most. They were gracious, friendly hosts who went above and beyond, even driving me to the bus terminal after I'd asked them to arrange a taxi. Such kind people. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning rooms just below the waterfall. I also loved unwinding in the hot tub at the end of the day. The price was outstanding for what you get.

The owner was up early to greet us before we headed out birdwatching, and we came back to a lovely breakfast before setting off again. We only stayed one night, so didn't get to try the beautiful pool or hot tub. The service impressed us, and we'd recommend this beautiful hotel in the vacation town of Banos.

The staff were so generous and accommodating, which really made the stay for me. The accommodations were lovely, and there was a pool and hot tub too. I had a really nice time all around. If I return to Baños, I'll stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The room had a lovely view and a big outdoor area, and the beds were comfortable, though on the small side. Breakfast was included and good, with waffles, eggs, fruit, juice, yogurt and more. The bathroom was small and dated, and the WiFi in our room was slow and unreliable. The hotel is far enough from the main drag that noise wasn't a problem, but still close enough to walk everywhere. This rating reflects the alternatives in Banos, a very touristy town. The surrounding areas and nature are great, while the town itself isn't so much.

A beautiful, affordable place to stay, close to pailon del diablo waterfall and other fun things to do in Banos. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit older.
