At least the rooms were clean, but we all had a rough night. My parents and I couldn't sleep properly with the dogs barking, and every room faces the street so there's nowhere quieter to move. The curtains let in all the light, the internet didn't reach our room, and the old, small TVs didn't work. There's no breakfast either. For what we paid, I wouldn't recommend staying here or come back.
I drove from Quito to Cotacachi, and my driver stayed at this hotel. Having a parking lot for the car was helpful.
We liked it enough to add two more days to our stay. The place is very clean, and the staff are so accommodating. It's right in the heart of the city, too. I'd definitely recommend it.
