The place was VERY clean, everything worked perfectly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet area. You can reach most amenities on foot or with a $2 or 3 taxi ride. An airport taxi cost $25.

It made a nice home base while my son and I explored Quito. We stayed two nights and appreciated the hospitality, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, and the location. Staff helped us call taxis and answered our questions. There were quite a few street noises the first night, so bring ear plugs if that bothers you. Chifa Reina is a good walkable option for lunch or dinner.

When I arrived, they couldn't open my room door and gave me a room that was a mess. The extra breakfast charge was incorrect, and even after I asked several times, they didn't send the booking site information or the invoice. The accommodation is high up, so you have to climb to reach it. It seems like they don't look after guests once they've left.

A nice, quiet, clean hotel with a good breakfast. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Santiago for all the useful tips about Quito and places farther afield, including Cotopaxi and Quilatoa!

We were a family of three and stayed five nights. The place was very comfortable, with spacious rooms and bathrooms, plus a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenette for guests. Breakfast is included. Laundry is available for an extra charge per load, and they can arrange taxis if you need one. The staff were very helpful.
