I only stayed one night because the shower was lukewarm. The bed and pillows were fine, and the Wi-Fi was good. Filtered drinking water was always available. The rooms are quite small, and noise from the shared courtyard in the middle of them carried into the afternoon. I was woken up by it in the morning as well.

Beautiful decor throughout, with clean rooms and a lovely old-time feel. The hotel is centrally located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.

I’m a retired solo traveler from Canada and have been here for over two weeks. It’s been great: clean, quiet, safe accommodations, with restaurants, shops, and the historic center nearby. Breakfast is included. The price is excellent and very competitive, and I doubt there are better budget rooms available. The Tranvia to and from the airport is two short, easy blocks away. Enjoy!

The balcony has great views of the city, Turi Mirador, the mountains, and several churches, and the price makes the place very good value despite a few issues. The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning, a bathroom window is missing, and both street sounds and living room noise come through clearly. Location was my top priority, and this place delivered: it’s about two blocks from Parque Calderón, not far from the Tomebamba River, the Todos Santos neighborhood, and Museo Pumapungo. Ángel and María were so friendly, helpful, and responsive, and Ángel in particular was indispensable. I’d stay again for the kind staff, the views, and the hard-to-beat location.
