I stayed here with my family for a few days and we all loved it. The staff were warm and professional. A really nice place, highly recommend.

The location was terrible, and for the same price I found another hotel much closer to the city center with far better facilities and service. This stay was awful. I booked through Booking.com, then messaged them on WhatsApp to confirm. They said it wasn’t confirmed at first, then acknowledged that it was booked. But when I arrived, they said it “didn’t appear in their system,” even after I showed both confirmations and the messages. They then wanted to charge an extra $40 USD if I booked on the spot. The staff service was appalling. I strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation.

We arrived to find there were no rooms available, even though our Booking.com reservation for a presidential suite was confirmed. They said they had “forgot to close the reservations on the platform.” The alternative hotel they offered was nothing like what we had booked in category, features, or service level. The difference was enormous, and we were left without a proper solution matching our reservation. It was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience, and unprofessional and unacceptable given the scale of the reservation. I’d advise caution when booking here.

The breakfasts had a nice variety, and the staff were so warm. The place is beautifully designed, almost like a princess’s castle. My daughter loved it, and every corner felt magical. I also loved how clean everything was. I hope to stay here again when I return to Cuenca.
