The staff were friendly, and I loved the comfort and location while staying here with my family. My two main criticisms are that rooms aren’t cleaned daily and the supposedly American-style breakfast isn’t very complete. They also don’t clear other guests’ plates quickly. With only two breakfast tables, the area doesn’t feel very clean. The logistics in those two areas need improvement.

Having parking right in the center was a big plus, and we could leave the car there and walk everywhere. Mrs. Patricia was so helpful and made sure we were comfortable for the rest of our stay, even though she was having a difficult time. We had a wonderful few days in beautiful Cuenca, and loved how central the hotel was.

The rooms have been renovated and feel luxurious, and there are several lounges to enjoy. Breakfast is included in the stay, and parking is available too. We’d gladly come back. Highly recommended.
