We felt comfortable and safe, and I loved the experience. The receptionists were respectful and friendly, and the service was excellent and helpful. The location is good, near Mall de Sol and other shopping centers, even within walking distance. Bring cash, since some places don't accept cards. Rooms were always clean as long as you leave your key. Breakfast in the mornings was great too. For a rental car, Car max rent a Car is right next to the suite, which is very convenient. Thanks so much. I'm happy and will come back!

We stayed with my wife on December 5, 2021. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the place is close to both the airport and bus terminal. There was no elevator, so with our four medium-sized suitcases, they kindly stored them on the ground floor. I definitely recommend it.

My confirmed reservation didn't stop them from giving my room to someone else. A terrible experience. Avoid.

We only spent one night, and the room was clean. There was just one towel for the two of us, but I'm sure we'd have gotten another if we'd asked. The airport is only about five minutes away, and there's also a large shopping center roughly a ten-minute walk from the hotel.

There are lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel, and the spot is perfect. The room was spotless and had AC. The clerk was kind and brought us extra towels.
