The pool is small, but relaxing, more like a big Jacuzzi. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms had Claro TV and air conditioning. Staff were great, everything was clean, and the made-to-order breakfast was very nice. Good value for the price.

A good fit for a budget business trip, especially for the price. The hotel is in a quiet area near a main avenue lined with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The bedrooms are clean, though a bit dark. Oddly, the AC and TV remotes aren't kept in the rooms. At check-in you end up carrying both controls along with your room key. Breakfast is simple, and the staff are very nice.

The friendly service and excellent location stood out for me. I love Urdesa, and this puts you right in the middle of it. The quality is decent for the price. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, though the rooms feel a little old and have the unusual, somewhat dark layout you find in a lot of local Ecuadorian hotels. The air conditioning worked fine.

I like this little place. The rooms are dated, and I prefer the ones by the pool. The staff are sweet and professional, and they accept pets.

For my budget and what I needed, this place was great. The rooms were nice and clean, and very reasonable for the price. The staff were lovely, friendly, and really helpful.
