We stayed in the presidential suite, which has the best view of Ibarra and the lake. The hotel is peaceful and surrounded by nature, and both the view and rooms were awesome. The restaurant offers a full menu; the food was okay, while the service was perfect. We also used the pool in the rain, which made for a special experience. It wasn't hot, but wasn't that cold either. Definitely recommended.

The food was great, and the staff will light the fireplaces in the rooms if you need them. From this beautiful rustic spot high on a mountain, the city looks amazing by day and at night. There's a heated pool open until late and a sauna. We had an awesome stay. A must!

We stayed with friends, and the rooms were really nice and tidy. The staff were attentive and polite. The view over Ibarra and the surrounding volcanoes is hard to beat. I'd recommend coming for the scenery, but even more for the restaurant, which is one of the best in Ibarra for an elegant lunch or dinner. You can also stop by for coffee and desserts.

The food was excellent and the service went beyond what I expected. I've stayed at a lot of mountain hotels, and this is one of the best. The view over Ibarra and the nearby towns is beautiful, and there are nice hiking trails if you enjoy being outdoors. Definitely a must stop if you come to Ecuador.

The meal made the scary drive up and down the mountain worth it. My family and I visited Ibarra yesterday and chose this restaurant, where I had one of the best meals of my life. The filet mignon, wrapped in bacon with mushroom sauce, was perfect. I was so full I could barely finish it, but I wanted the full experience, so I ordered dessert too. The Nutella crepe was amazing and worth it. Service was great, and the view was even better. Being up in the clouds was so cool, and the city lights below looked beautiful. I'd definitely go again.
