There was only one soap bar and one towel for four people, and the washroom door had no handle. Some rooms also had unpleasant smells. We could have asked for more, but the staff didn't really make an effort to go beyond basic service.

The reception staff were unfriendly and downright rude. We couldn't leave any bags at the hotel. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. La Posada is a much better choice, it's perfect.

A clean, quiet, pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. They also provide sales slips for their accounting records.

We'd gone to explore Latacunga, but the rain stopped us from making our way back, so we needed somewhere for the night. Hotel Ritzor seemed like a good fit and helped us out. The place is clean, the rooms are nice, and the service was good. They dried our wet clothes, and toiletries are available for sale. The mattress was a little uncomfortable, and the TV picture wasn't very good. A couple's room was $20 per night. It's a comfortable place.
