The only real positives for me were the juice at breakfast and being close to other places in the city. Each morning I got the same small scoop of scrambled eggs on a side plate with a glass of juice. The suite with a bathtub I rented for a week wasn't worth the price. The tub takes about 35 minutes to fill from the shower head, and the water is barely warm, so it was cold by the time there was enough to sit in. Room lights were all harshly bright at night, while the bathroom bulbs were so dim I couldn't see myself in the mirror. Street noise came straight through the thin windows, with traffic and people yelling until sunrise. I got no rest or relaxation. There's a mini fridge but no microwave, and the internet kept freezing every 15 seconds or so, making video calls impossible. I'd spend a little more for a better stay.

The room and hotel were fine, but breakfast was a letdown. Service there was awful and painfully slow, even just to bring bread and jelly. They also didn't leave a foot towel.

It's centrally placed in Loja and a decent hotel. There's a lot of traffic from both people and cars around it, so I wouldn't suggest it if you're after a quiet stay.
