Hotel Ebenezer

What made our stay special was the family running the hotel. They're so welcoming, enjoy sharing their culture, and are interested in learning about other cultures too. They even invited us to a really special dinner, and we had a great time with the whole family. The hotel itself is very nice and fairly priced. Our air-conditioned room was clean, the Wi-Fi worked well on every floor, and the gated parking area could handle bigger Rigs. If you're near Loreto, make sure to visit them :-)

A nice place to get away out this far.

I wasn't comfortable during my stay. The bed had three boards, and I literally slept in a dip. There wasn't a proper shower either, just a pipe with water coming out. I did appreciate that pets were allowed, but there were ants in the bathroom 😔😔. I'm not trying to offend anyone, only sharing what my experience at the hotel was like.

The room had insects when we arrived, and the water they said would be hot was freezing cold. Dinner was awful too. The meat stank and tasted like dog meat, and the chicken was tiny, like a pigeon. Breakfast was just as bad. The service was terrible, and I absolutely don't recommend this hotel. I'm giving it one star only because I can't give zero 😡. They need to learn how to provide quality service, on top of apologizing because their hotel is affected 🤬
